These flowers have been photographed on 17/11/13 at Peradeniya, Botanical Gardens, Sri Lanka.
Are these Silk Cotton flowers or something else?
Unfortunately I have only this picture. It looks like a Baobab Flower to me. I do not think so as per images at Adansonia digitata
