Yes, it does look like Burmannia


I think there may be three species distributed in Maharashtra as per FoPI:
Burmannia candelabrum
Burmannia coelestis
Burmannia pusilla
Burmannia wallichii

Out of these, Burmannia pusilla (Miers) Thwaites looks different as per description in FoPI (Flowrs solitary or in a cluster of three).
For balance, we have to find out the keys to arrive at the id.
