Please help to id this mushroom found on the forest floor closer to river at an altitude of 500 msl.
Place: Nilgiris North Forest Division
Date: 05 May 2010

Can it be some species of Agrocybe?

The pileal surface was 5 -7 cm broad (diameter).
But I think Agrocybe species have less than 3cm broader Pileal surface.
Please refine.

There are two mushrooms. The smaller one on the left is Coprinus sp. I will try to identify the other one.

The smaller one may be Coprinus leiocephalus which has grey, delicate, egg-shaped cap. These mushrooms are growing on dung.
