Distribution: SC. Europe, Medit. to W. Caucasus

Please note that this orchid has special mode of pollination. Its called MOTEL SYNDROME. Insect visitors come and take shelter inside the flower and spend night there. While they are inside the flower they keep moving and hence cause pollination.
