help me in the identification of the grass , found in dry gravelly soils. 
tufted, 15-20 cm tall, nodes glabrousLeaf-blades flat, 3-5 x 0.2-0.3 cm, spikes solitary, spikelets 5mm long, glumes scarious, ciliate on margin, anthers 2, 
is it Apocopis courtallumensis (Steud.) Henrard
