Please identify this plant details of which are as follows:

Location :Meghamalai sanctuary
Altitude :approx 5000 ft
Habitat :wild Habit :herb
Height :few cm
Leaves :as seen Flowers : Fruits :,
Do not know what it is. Whether leaf or flower, do not know.
Unable to discern what it is. If it is a flower, the floral architecture is not distinct. Are the leaves on the left side belong to the same plant?
I am sorry. I am not sure. This was adjacent to a meadow, a bit rocky, and along a stream where I found Impatiens goughii
