Attached are pictures of Encephalartos villosus from Sagar Upvan, Mumbai captured in February 2012.
Requested to please validate ID, if possible. I cant see the leaves properly, by any chance do you have close up pics. I thought this looks like a Cycas sp may be circinalis or rumphii !! I do not have a clearer pic of the leaves, however, I have attached a cropped version of the 2nd pic above, if this helps. I am very much sure that this is a Cycas!! not Encephalartos |
