The flowers were tiny not more than 10-15mm across. Please advise.

Request your help in ID of small Shrub from Upper Shillong area of Meghalaya.

Shrub about 1 ft in ht., growing in crevice of rock. Leaves dark green above. Flowers tetramerous, non-fragrant.
