Please find the attached picture of Cymbidium tigrinum (Adopted from IOSPE) for your kind information and see the diifernce between C. tigrinum and C. hookerianum. You can also check Cymbidium hookerianum This should be Cymbidium hookerianum, but a better pic would be better.

Surely it is an Orchid. Looks like a Hybrid of Cymbidium hookerianum.
