POLYGONACEAE FORTNIGHT 1-14 May 2014: Polygonum emodi from Uttarakhand_DSR_4 : 3 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (1). Polygonum emodi Meisn. is a less frequent perennial herb in sub alpine and alpine zones of Uttarakhand. Shot in Sunderdhunga Valley in Bageshwar District of Uttarakhand Location: Kalinchowk, Dolakha, Nepal Altitude: 110000 ft. Date: 25 July 2014 . Bistorta emodi in FOI: My picture is of poor quality and the flowers have not yet bloomed. So can’t really tell if it is really this species. I guess it will be misleading to keep it on the site. I will remove it for now.
