Pteropyrum scoparium, seen in the mountains of Jabal Akhdar, which is also famous for its Pomegranates.

I wanted to add that this was identified by Dr Shahina Ghazanfar, of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
She has been helping me with my native plants from Oman.
