Aquatic herb / pondweed in a water cistern at Lohagad Fort, Maharashtra.
This herb was around 15 to 20 cm high and its fibrous roots were also clearly visible. The leaves were lanceolate with apex tapering. Flowers were with pinkish tinge ,  4 to 5 cm spike and individual flowers were around 2 to 4 mm in size.
