Trachycarpus takil Becc. ??

Bismarckia nobilis Hildebr. & H.Wendl. is also possible if it is simply planted for curiosity and not for conservation.
Otherwise if for conservation of Indian species, we have rare Trachycarpus fortunei (Hook.) H.Wendl. and Trachycarpus takil Becc.
If from outside India, we can not say.

Closest I can go as per comparative images is Bismarckia nobilis Hildebr. & H.Wendl.

But can not be sure with only this image.
