For me this one looks like Asparagus racemosus

It is given as Asparagus gonoclados in Coorg flora (Short inflorescense, flat cladode),

Asparagus gonoclados which is available in eastern ghat area is with quite longer and cylindric cladode.

The species may be Asparagus gonoclados
