Senecio wightii is distributed in Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Khasi hills in India. Its presence has been reported in Myanmar and in the Hengduan mountains in south central China. Senecio wightii is a perennial herb, found in swamps and along a streams, in grasslands of high altitude.

I think it does not completely match, especially corolla pattern and leaf joins to stem and also not listed in Nepal so far ! It is listed in Bhutan. So it is possible that it may be found in Nepal also. OK …! I have to research further if it turns out to be a new sp. for Nepal !
