This floating hydrophyte is very frequent, can this be Lemna minor..? Yes Sir, it looks like so. Please check you upload (this thread)… your pics Lemna sp. (8).JPG and Lemna sp. (3).JPG seem to show longer root … so it may be Lemna minor L., but I am not confident now The pic “Lemna sp. (7).jpg” seems to show prominent apical papule and also some asymmetry at least in one frond around right to middle, plus length to width ratio. Can it be L. aequinoctialis? I guess correct ID.
