Need your help for ID of the enclosed plant:
Location : Kathmandu
Altitude: 1500 m
Date : 30 May 2016

Seems Rhododendron lepidotum

Sorry ! It is not ! At an alt of 4000 Ft not possible !

R. lepidotum being a high altitude plant it cannot be the same as it was shot at around 4000 ft and the flower do not match !

Is it a Cultivated plant ?

I noticed at the roadside!

I guess Lycium chinense Miller (accepted name)

Appears close as per images at

Thank you.
