This is how true Gerbera jamesonii Bolus ex Hook.f. looks like. Capitulum should be 8-10 cm. in diameter; ray florets in one series.

The attached species maybe a Gerbera hybrid, one parent being G. jamesonii.


I would say this is a hybrid Gerbera. An article in this regard can be accessed at https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-662-10603-7_11, though I could read only the abstract part.

However, true G. jamesonii has different set of involucre – POWO
