This Salvia was photographed in Kumaon at 2100m elevation.
The species has few large gregarious populations in the area. I suspect it as Salvia reflexa.
Experts please suggest the correct ID.

It is native of new world. Reached here by some unknown means and now naturalized at few cooler places. It was reported as new record to Asia by BSI people in first decade of this century. I have seen at least two wild populations in Nainital district of Uttarakhand.
