Requesting ID of this climber-3-4’ ht and flowers with no smell.
Photo taken on 20June at Solapur, Maharashtra.

Looks like Clematis, don’t know species.

Clematis species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available)

If flowers are 1.5 inch (or more) in diam. it maybe Clematis heynei (ref. FBI), but I’m not sure, for I do not know the species distribution in Maharashtra and I haven’t seen any single species of this genus!

If you can, you may provide the better close up of the flowers and leaves. The fruits photograph is also important in the ID.  All details are necessary as it is very difficult to pin point the species which has so many species resembling very closely. Is this plant growing wild or cultivated.

Yes, i agree, if it is cultivated it cannot be identified without detail of the specimen.
