a friend got this plant with woody stems

from a forest nursery near sawantwadi
i would be very grateful, if this plant

can be identified

a wild guess

It is hard to get the details of plant from images, I guess this is a member of Rubiaceae (**opposite leaves), hard to get kind of stipules from photos (whether inter or intra petiolar).

many thanks for suggestion.

i am forwarding some more images,
perhaps they help id this plant
