Since flower details from the attached images are not available (apetalous or petaloid, number of stamens etc.), it is difficult to point actual species.

Hence flowers are arranged in spikes and inflorescence morphology depicts plant is a member of Euphorbiaceae family

Such racemiform inflorescences are found in several genera of Euphorbiaceae but I am unable to pinpoint any genus other than a possible Mallotus. Further photographs are desirable.
