Here the characters are not clear. Hence it is difficult to pinpoint the identity.
Acacia horrida is currently known as Vachellia horrida (L.) Kyal. & Boatwr.
I think these does not match with images at Vachellia horrida (L.) Kyal. & Boatwr. from comparative images at Vachellia (pl. check).
Also pl. check with Vachellia tortilis (Forssk.) Galasso & Banfi
