ID this tree plzz??..captured from botanical garden, Lahore Pakistan…I just found one dried flower (less than 1 cm) on this tree..Thanku : 6 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (3)
Attachments (5) Is it Tecomela?
We only have Tecomella undulata only in efi so far
I’m finding it difficult to match the leaves to the flower. In one picture the leaves look like a eucalyptus. In another, they look oleander-like. The flowers look like Crucifers!
It doesn’t add up to anything that I know. Any further hints with the leaves? Milky latex? Can you do some close-ups, please so we can see venation more clearly? And maybe the bark of the tree will help too
Only Elaeagnus comes in my mind for this…
