I don’t much about Himalayan flora, just a guess Viola tricolor

This must be a garden hybrid, not a pure species of Viola.

By that criterion also it should be Viola x wittrockiana the garden Pansy
Others are flowers not larger than 2 cm in V. tricolor, larger in pansy
