Perhaps Taxillus cuneatus Danser due to the few flowered inflorescence, corolla split to one side (for the genus) and glabrous nature of the plant and cuneate leaves (for the species). I may be wrong.

…, checked it up with the Digital flora of Karnataka. Your analyses is right as per the description of the species therein but the page do not have images to compare and corroborate (Ref-1).However,could find an image of T.cuneatus in the web that matches…! (Ref-2)

I think you are spot on…! Thanks again

Dendrophthoe memecylifolia (Wight & Arn.) Danser ??

Looks different from Dendrophthoe memecylifolia as per GBIF.
Also looks different from Dendrophthoe neelgherrensis as per GBIF
Also looks different from Dendrophthoe pentandra as per GBIF
May be some variety of Dendrophthoe falcata as per GBIF, which is quite variable in its leaves.

Pl. also check recently reported Dendrophthoe glabrescens from India as per GBIF and
Taxillus cuneatus

Thanks a lot, … Yes, matches as per Taxillus cuneatus
Did not think in that direction.
