no. its most likely not… how can it be a begonia?????/ with this flower structure….

Please check for yellow variety of Begonia capensis L.f. (Wrongly identified as Yellow variety of B. tuberosa – An illegitimate name).

Did not find any match in Net. may be some cultivated hybrid. could be difficult to ID !
