For Conservation Concern medicinal plants of India, you can get information from  these links provided.1. 
For more than 17 states, Conservation Assessment and Management Prioritisation (CAMP) workshops/processes were conducted by FRLHT, MoEF&CC, NMPB, SMPBs, FD, State Bio-diversity Boards, research institutions since 1996. These processes involved field botanists, taxonomists, resource managers, researchers, traders, healers and various stake holders to participate and give their filed based information on the species distribution wrt to their state. Through this process, more  than 320 medicinal plants species of conservation concern were identified. They are given the status as Critically Endangered, Endangered, Vulnerable, Near  Threatened, Least Concern and Data Deficient based on IUCN guidelines version. More than 40 species from 320 species  list are also included in IUCN.org site due to its endemism status.
Click on the links provided and use it for your research purpose. This is authentic, plan and implement your conservation action programs accordingly.
