Someone identified it as Sonchus maritimus.

Sonchus maritimus L. looks good! GBIF

Difficult to say without flower heads, has it been reported from Pakistan, at least not from India.

Some leaves of S. arvensis may look like this’ Similar leaves also occur in Lactuca sibirica (syn: Sonchus maritimus Pall. ex Ledeb.) but with blue flower heads

Sonchus wightianus DC.

Just saw FBI, S. maritimus is reported from Peshawar. leaves entire or sparingly sinuate-toothed. It should be OK as S. maritimus.
