Lithocarpus species ?- Cherrapunji, Meghalaya

Please provide help in reaching to specific id of this tree, photographed near “Seven Sisters Fall” Cherrapunji, Meghalaya on June 24, 2017.
I hope this is a Quercus sp. 
I think the details available with me are sufficient for a near perfect guess..

Yes …, Done this time, but could not match with any…!! 

As per convincing input received from …, this should be a species of Lithocarpus….!!

Thanks, … We have only Lithocarpus fenestratus in efi so far, from Mizoram.
