Hydrangea arborescens ?? Sub sp?
If introduced species they yes. If native then try H. heteromalla.
It was in a garden. Could be introduced !
Any other images showing the bracts and habit?
No more images since it is from my old collection !
Does not seem to match with images of Hydrangea arborescens (Cultivated) or Hydrangea heteromalla as per the following:
Then it could be introduced in Nepal.
