It is…. Rotala fimbriata of Lythraceae

Thank you … for identifying. I got confirmation from BSI CNH also. Thank you … for your concern. Finally its confirmed that its Rotala fimbriata. 

Does not match with images of Rotala fimbriata as identified earlier.
Should be some other species of Rotala.

    Wonderful Location.
    We need to Develop Micro climate by adding indigenous Flora to fine tune.
    Water bodies, Streams water ways to be conserved carefully.
    We need to add fruit & flower bearing Arboreal & Shrubbery to enhance Food web for the Arboreal & Terrestrial Fauna
