Date :22.8.2017 Location: Assam Family : ?? Genus & species : ?? Habitat: Grows wild Habit : Tree Please check if matching with Claoxylon or Mallotus.
Is this a Claoxylon? If yes then please compare with C. longifolium. If the leaves are gland-dotted on the lower surface and a pair of glands are there at the base of leaves then you also have a look for Macaranga gamblei. I am not sure from the images.
I could find a match as per comparative images with the existing species of Mallotus, Claoxylon or Macaranga
Also could not find a match as per comparative images at Euphorbiaceae
Fruiting materials desirable for exact determination.
Please check in Euphorbiaceae, might be Mallotus sp. |
