Please identify the small tree at Kapkot (bageshwar)

Any idea about the family ?

I collected Excoecaria acerifolia Didr. from that area, which is looking similar.

Yes this is a good suggestion but I have not seen such elongated female inflorescences. These inflorescences are usually up to 5 cm long. May be I am not aware of the full range of variation exhibited by the species.

No, It is not Excoecaria acerifolia, which i already collected in between from Gobinghat to Phulna village.

Identified as Itea nutans.

Thank you for showing this species. I have never seen this species. One more species learned with this.
