Please, it is nearly impossible to identify a thistle or thistle-like plant with the images provided.
One needs to see the foliage, both the basal rosette as well as the upper foliage. These two
images do not enlarge adequately to see the fine detail. Please, have you additional images?

I am sorry I could not get closer to the plant and take better pictures.
Will post another plant which I could observe closely.
