Someone said  “Winter is not a season, it’s a celebration”….hungry ghost within gets awaken……sarso da sag,makkai de roti, undio, ubadio, jalabies, street food, pakode…marriage parties….Christmas, New Year celebrations… .… the body is literally blind and duped into thinking just this winter eating these rich food would be helpful and nothing will go wrong……there is no clever advice on how to avoid their(food) charm…….we all face this fascinating encounter with craving……AND we eat, we celebrate and we are happy…….

As Mark Twain remarked “The secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside”.

And such indulgences creates few irritants and discomforts….stomach upsets, cold & cough, fever, sore throat, headaches, acidity…..giving us anxious moments.  Our mind wanders & wonders what treatment to take allopathic or Ayurvedic?
