Appears close to as per Dactylicapnos scandens (D.Don) Hutch. (as per details herein) & as per

This is Dactylicapnos paucinervia, the most common species of Dactylicapnos in Arunachal Pradesh. It differs substantially from D. scandens, in for example the opposite strongly veined primary leaflets, and very different fruit and seeds.

The fruits and seeds were not observed. Though yes the specimen leaves were with strong prominent veins.
