Points in favor are:
1. The petiole / petiolule is winged.
2. Leaves ternate-pinnate (c/f H. grande)



Note this genus is often circumscribed as Heracleum sect. Tetrataenium DC., but see Logacheva et al, 2010.
yes it is Heracleum aquilegifolium. the name of the genus probably have changed.
