Is it some Euphorbiaceae?


May be Baccaurea ramiflora.


It is not Baccaurea ramiflora It is called banbhubi and the sour fruit is eaten.


Fruits look like Protium serratum but leaves are different


It could be Bischofia javanica with leaves identical but I thought it could be Protium serratum with long leaves


Please show us a complete twig.

Also checked on net. Looks different from another species mentioned by you. 


We use get this fruit even in Meghalaya it is very sour in taste but i could not recollect the name right now..
