You may be right. I was unable to observe their bloom so closely while in Poland. When I reached there, the bloom was about to finish and the trees were little high also.
You should also check other species with images at
Seems to be some species of Prunus (Cherry).
Kindly also check for Pyrus sp. Rosaceae, probably Pyrus spp. may be Pyrus communis??
I am not sure about Pyrus communis
