Tandin Wangchuk said it to be Skimmia of Rutaceae.

Yes, very likely to be Skimmia sp.

It may be Skimmia japonica.. I am not sure.

If we go by the keys & distribution in BSI Flora of India, it may be S. laureola subsp. multinervia

Skimmia arborescens T.Anderson ex Gamble ??

I think it is more likely to be Skimmia multinervia as per GBIF specimens (one and two from Nepal)
