What can it be?

No idea at all. May be Fern sp. ?

It’s Gesneriaceae or one of those things – I just can’t quite remember the name of this easily recognisable spermatophyte genus, sorry.
Can’t find those places on a map – sounds like Sikkim, but please always tell us the State, as I keep saying!

… has suggested it as Hoya linearis and looks like correct.

Hoya!  Yes, that’s right – I keep seeing it but never remember the name.

Any idea about the family or the genus ?

Fabaceae?

Seems like species of Vigna radiata wild. Find if the flowers are yellow and is climber

This is not Fabaceae !

It does resemble some Phaseolus.

Such long pods are generally seen in many species of Indigofera, as per comparative images herein.

Could not find a match as per comparative images at Phaseolus

Hoya linearis Wall. ex D.Don !

So these are leaves and not pods.

Yes
