Cooch Behar town is on the bank of river Torsha. A few days back my friend Brig. Rajbir Singh suggested that I should upload some images of that river , when in spate. That time has come. Attaching 9 images.
wow, such sudden floods must cause awe and misery, all together, lives lost or hampered. and of course new growth with receding water, new silt soil etc etc
