Often we find scientific names where genus and species are made of same names, for example: Cajanus cajan, Samanea saman, Sesbania sesban, and so on. Are such scientific names known by some term ?

I got response in facebook group Indian Flora – tautonym.
I went on to find on internet – any botanical list of tautonyms – I could not find it so far. There are many sites providing zoological. I also see the names are ditto (genus & species) in case of zoological.
Just came across page in Wikipedia where the opening lines say: Such names are allowed in zoology, but not in botany, where the two parts of the name of a species must differ … as small as one letter …
Thus I assume there is no good name like tautonym in case of botany.
