Clerodendrum philippinum Schau, Cashmere Bouquet.- cultivated ornamental shrub (Lamiaceae)
not Clerodendrum philippinum Schau. that makes a bunch of smaller rose like flowers
we have had some cases here including one from … himself
synonym Clerodendrum chinense

… do you have dimensions of the flower?
chelsea flower show 2014 had three cultivars displayed and written about
may be your is yet another variant of Clematis ‘Maria Sklodowska Curie
although i would have liked to have the flower in pristine condition in your plant and had leaves to compare
It is not Clerodendron Sp.
