Tried possible options but could not conclude. Hope … can help.

I think it may be from Cyperaceae. 

I checked but could not come to conclusion. Not C. rotundus, is it ?

It is a sedge. Family Cyperaceae, probably genus Kobresia

Thank you … for the lead but it is so difficult to nail the correct ID.

Anyway, I have guessed as Kobresia simpliciuscula (Wahlenb.) Mack..
