Assuming the plant is unarmed, this (IMG-20180812-WA0023.jpg) would be Euphorbia geroldii Rauh [Euphorbiaceae]. It is not as common in cultivation (in Maharashtra) as its congener E. milii Des Moul.



Yes, the photo with flowers appears to be Euphorbia geroldii Rauh., a native of Madagascar, often cultivated in Indian gardens.
