Kindly identify this small tree present in a scrub forest Punjab Pakistan.

This appears to be an Ehretia sp. [Boraginaceae].

For me also it looks like Ehretia species.

Flora of Pakistan gives, Ehretia laevis var. aspera C. B. Clarke as a syn. of Ehretia obtusifolia 
Bur following Catalogue of Life, it gives it a syn. of Ehretia aspera Willd.
There is lot of confusion about taxonomy of Ehretia in different sources.
I feel it may be Ehretia aspera Willd. as per images and details herein.
