no way to know for sure unless the gardener received it thus labelled from a highly reputable and HONEST nursery

yes. one of thousands. many become unpopular in the trade and fall off the bandwagon. many catch on, esp if they have hardy leaves.

Which Begonia is this ?

any of the rex begonia cultivars. by now you know that rex begonia donot exist in nature anymore, they are all cultivars (unless someone stumbles onto them in some shangrilla, some isolated valley).

Can it be Begonia heracleifolia Cham. & Schltdl. 

I find the leaf pattern is different from Begonia heracleifolia. Leaf is twisted circular near the leaf stem.

Actually there were clusters of different Begonias with a couple of labels.
I am not sure if it is for the same.
