I think Breynia glauca Craib.

In Hong Kong Database, I could only find two species as

Breynia fruticosa (L.) Hook. f.

Breynia nivosa (W. Bull ex W. G. Sm.) Small ‘Roseopicta’

To me appears close to Breynia fruticosa (L.) Hook. f. as per

Yes …! I also checked and only two listed .

May be … can highlight.
